collection of free articles,
tips, and
other resources are designed to help the beginner get started and
the intermediate woodworker enhance his or her skills. We support
this broad information collection with tons of woodworking plans,
tools, books, supplies, and accessories in our online store.
We’re a privately owned and family operated business that prides

try to keep our shipping rates low. For that reason we offer
flat-rate-shipping. That means you can order as many items as you

Flat Rate
Shipping
– We charge a single flat rate for shipping no matter how many
(or heavy) the items you order. This works to your advantage and
allows you to add more items to your order without additional
shipping costs.
Shipping
Methods
– We generally ship with the US Postal service. Some
packages may require shipping by UPS or FedEx due to their size or
contents.
Order
Processing and Shipping
– We strive to process and ship most orders the same day! This
means that an order placed before 9:00pm (EST) will generally ship
out in the next day’s mail. We process and fill orders seven
days a week. Orders are shipped six days a week Monday through
Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are shipped out on Monday.
Orders placed during postal and national holidays generally ship
the next business day.
We designed
our online store to help simplify the ordering process and
duplicate the steps you would take in a normal "brick and
mortar" store.
Step 1: Find a Product – Browse or search the
categories of our online store until you find a product you like.
Step 2: Put it In Your Basket - Just like a normal
store simply click "add to basket" to add the item to
your shopping list. You can continue shopping and add more items
to your basket.
Step 3: Review Your Basket - Click on "Basket
Contents" and review the items you have selected. You can
change quantities and remove items from this screen.
Step 4: Checkout - Once you are satisfied with the
contents of your basket, click on the "Checkout button”.
Our checkout process will walk you through the four simple steps
to completing the order.
Our
Woodworking storefront is housed on a special e-commerce server
designed for secured order processing. Any part of the order
process that involves the exchange of personal information is
conducted through the secured server. This means that the
information being sent to and from your computer is encrypted. In
addition to this level of protection, all credit card numbers are
deleted off the server after a short period of time. We also
retain professional services that scan our website daily and test
for system vulnerabilities. All of this is done to ensure your
information is more secure than when you use your credit card in a
retail store.

We respect
your right to privacy and hold all information in the strictest
confidence. Your phone number and e-mail address are only
collected so we may contact you concerning your order. We will
never sell this information or contact you for other reasons. From
time to time we send our customers literature and catalogs
relating to woodworking that we think may be of interest to them.
Should you wish to be excluded from these mailings please let us
know.
We want you to
be happy with every purchase you make at WoodZone.com. If you are
not satisfied with your order for any reason, please return
the merchandise to us within 60 days. We will promptly refund the
purchase price of the merchandise and original shipping.
You

include a short note with the reason for the refund along with
your name, order number (if you have it), and contact information.
